“ About as good as it gets around here for Cantonese food. Not as strong as the best places in Vancouver, and Calgary but it stands up well enough I'd take my mom here if she is only slightly disappointed ”
“ Hong Kong Bistro is my favorite dim sum spot in Seattle! Everything on the menu is so good, but the green beans are my absolute favorite—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you’re into good dim sum and you’re in the area, this place is a must. Cozy, delicious, and always satisfying! ”
“ Food was great! These are the biggest dumplings and shumai we have ever seen! Chinese broccoli was cut small and they serve the sauce on the side by default, which was nice. Shrimp rice rolls were amazing, and the sauce wasn't too sweet. So glad we were able to stop by and try this place before we left town. It was quite busy, but seating was fairly fast for two and food came out quickly. Would definitely recommend! ”
“ Very good (and popular) dimsum place. Everything we tasted is super good. The dumplings and buns are very large and soupy. Suggest to order a 11 steamed vegetable to accompany the other dishes. ”
“ Food taste really good. A lot of selections for dim sum and regular dishes. They serve dim sum whole day. Prices are reasonable! Will definitely come back! ”
“ First time here and it was delightful. The dim sum dishes were the highlight, especially the pork/ shrimp. Juicy and flavorful. It was all good. Tip: we could’ve ordered the salt and pepper shrimp without the heads and legs, which would’ve saved a lot of work. It was quite messy. ”
“ This is probably Seattle Chinatown best kept secret, as a visitor my family rely on reviews to try authentic asian food in Seattle. This Hong Kong Bistro is relatively low in rating but food is superb. It is much better than other nearby restaurants with higher ratings. Highly recommended! ”
“ If you're out late and need a bite to eat, I highly recommend Hong Kong Bistro. Not many places offer dim sum late at night, let alone past the afternoon. But Hong Kong Bistro offers dim sum for the entirety of the time the restaurant is open. Also, the dim sum is delicious! It hits the spot in all the right places. Not a bland dish in sight! I personally liked the service. They were fast and efficient. Fair warning: If you want your servers to be a little chatty and personable like typical American-style restaurants, this probably isn't the place for you. They make sure to collect your order promptly and get your food to you. It was quite busy when I went, even late at night, and they were still able to serve us our food fairly fast. The dim sum isn't too expensive. It's a great place to bring your friends and family, so you can order a variety of dishes. It's honestly some of the best dim sum I've ever had. My one recommendation would be the egg flower soup! I will definitely be coming back here for all my dim sum cravings. ”
